Prayers
Ladies, Prayers: PLEASE pray for Heather who has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer of which the only treatment is surgery. There is no backup chemo or radiation for any stray cancer cells. She is 35 and has a 1 y/o baby boy. Her partner, a very good friend of mine, is 7 months pregnant herself. This is obviously a very complicated situation. Please pray for them.

Wow, what sorrow! I will pray for them all! When and where is her surgery?
ReplyDeleteGood Lord, please bless and protest Heather and her family during this scary and challenging time! Lift them into the shadow of Your cross and heal Heather in her areas of deepest need and sickness. Give them all Your Spirit of hope and courage and inspire all of those around them to step up with comfort and support. Especially comfort and provide for baby boy and stengthen his guardian angel. Grant the doctors and therapists wisdom and compassion. And may this entire experience bring all of these special children of Yours closer to You and Your loving Grace and Mercy. May Your perfect and Glorious will be done, in Your perfect timing, in Jesus' Name we all pray!

I have forwarded them on to my very good friend, Karin, who, by the way, is a very lapsed Catholic and for whom I pray to return to the faith and the full dignity of spirit God intends for us.
