Hi All,
Good Friday is the day to start the Divine Mercy Novena (see link below) culminating on The Vigil of Divine Mercy, Saturday, April 30th. Let's pray it together as a group asking for Mercy especially for Mothers and students. This year it's especially wonderful because our beloved Pope, John Paul II, will be beatified on Mercy Sunday, May 1st. You may recall that he died on the Vigil of Mercy in 2005. He was called the Pope of Divine Mercy as he lifted the ban on this amazing devotion and canonized Sister Faustina who received the Revelation fron Jesus Himself. I wish we could all gather on May 1st and watch the coverage from the Vatican....Anyone have EWTN at home? If we watched live it would be at 4am!

Have a Blessed Triduum and Easter with your families. All praise to our Suffering and Triumphant Lord Jesus Christ!!!

Thaks for the link! A-praying-we-shall-go!
ReplyDelete@ Stacy- Yes you have EWTN? Or yes you want us to come over at 4am to watch it live?
I think we should all go to Stacy's at 4 am!! Just like when Charles and Diana got married--but different.
ReplyDeleteDoes it still count if I wanted to harm my children and not show any mercy while we were praying the Chaplet? Is that Satan's fault, or mine? Or Eve's? Aw heck!!
LOVE the new template--thank you templated person, wherever you are.
Ahhhh, yes to the Chaplet. Don't have EWTN but my friend Kathleen does! Frankly, I like the idea of a predawn rise and gathering...a bit like trout really.
